Dave Fredley, founder and President of Northwest Barricade LLC worked in public land management agencies throughout the U.S. He established international relationships with countries in solving natural resource management and environmental problems. He has testified as an expert witness relating to minerals law issues.

Dave is a Graduate of the University of Montana, and has worked for both the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service. After he retired from Washington, D.C. to Washington State, he realized the need for wildfire protection at his home in a remote forested valley, and researched the products available. He was so impressed with the qualities of Barricade Fire Gel that he formed Northwest Barricade to enhance the knowledge and distribution of this exciting, innovative technology.

Jeff Becker covers Southwest and South Central Washington along with the Columbia River Gorge Area. His 30+ year career began on a hand crew for CDF/San Mateo County Fire; he has worked in Municipal, District, State and Industrial Fire Service Organizations. With degrees in Fire Science and Fire Services Administration, certifications in EMS, Haz-Mat, Rescue, Structural and Wildland/Urban Interface firefighting, Jeff is eminently qualified for his current positions as a Career Rescue Training Officer for a large Pulp and Paper mill complex and Battalion Chief for his local fire district.

Another current Battalion Chief is Dick Block, whose territory is the Willamette Valley, Oregon Coast and Central Oregon. In his 30 years in Fire Service his experience includes firefighter, EMT, EMS coordinator, Fire Lieutenant, Fire Captain, and manager of three fire stations. A member in good standing with the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Dick is great addition to the Barricade team.
