I authorize Northwest Barricade & Signs to charge the agreed amount listed above to my credit card provided herein, I agree to pay for this purchase / ongoing rental in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. By providing your card information, you authorize Northwest Barricade to charge it upfront for goods and services rendered. You grant permission for the card to be charged on the 20th of every month for month-end billing and also for end-of-job billing. If there are any discrepancies with the invoices, please contact our office for resolution. Additionally, for any job cancellations made through the office, a confirmation number will be provided. Moreover, all orders placed will be accompanied by a confirmation number, which will be sent to you via email.
