- If reselling items we would require a copy of your resale certification. Please attach to this application.
- If you would like your rental and/or sales invoice please list the email you wish to have it sent to.
Terms of Service:
On behalf of my firm: (1) I affirm that everything in this contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge; (2) I understand you will retain this application whether or not credit is granted; (3) You are authorized to check credit and employment history and to answer questions about your credit experience with us; and (4) I acknowledge I have read and do agree to the credit terms. Unless stated otherwise on a written offer, terms of payment are net 30 from the invoice date. In the event any particular bill is not paid when due, interest charges, late fees and any balance due will be turned over to collections. In the event any balance due is turned over to an attorney for collection whether against the firm, or through lien foreclosure, the firm shall pay all such attorneys’ fees, cost and disbursements including but not limited to; title reports, filing fees and the like. Jurisdiction shall be in the state of Washington. If suit is brought venue shall be in KING COUNTY, WA unless waived by the Company. Collection agency fees shall be paid by the firm. The Company shall also be entitled to its reasonable attorney’s fees and actual cost for post judgment collection. The firm will be liable for late fees on past due accounts. (5) I understand that the contractor is responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment out on jobsites.
Oral agreements or oral commitments to extend credit, or to forebear from enforcing repayment of a debt are not enforceable under Washington. RCW 19.36.110
